It's been a while...

It's been a while... We have been busy :) Disclaimer: I will be bragging about my boys today!

I am back to work, loving it! I actually feel guilty having fun at work on layovers while Dave is home with Sawyer. It's good for them to have time together.

It seems like this month was all about me. We went to the University of West Georgia Homecoming and had a wonderful time at the new Phi Mu house (my college sorority). It is such a special time when I get to see my sisters with their families. It almost brings tears to my eyes to know that we are all doing well and HAPPY. Sawyer was the talk of the town at Homecoming. In the South everyone dresses up for everything, including college football games. Sawyer as you can see had the perfect outfit!

Sawyer and my Dad

Last weekend was my 10 year high school reunion. I have to say, everyone looked the same. My guy friends from high school were across the room looking at Dave and I so I walked over and said "WHAT?!"... they said oh nothing... So I just stood there and gave them the look. Finally they said, "your husband is just so... pretty!" I laughed and said, "well I think so!... and thank you, I think!" Another one of my guy friends (Adam) was talking to Dave, when the topic of employment came up Adam told Dave that he is working part time as a janitor and that he could not find any other work right now. Later that night Adam came up to me and said, "Your husband is a great man!" I said, "thanks...what do you mean?" Adam said that Dave told him, "as long as you give your family plenty of love and can find a way to put food on the table nothing else matters." (Good for you honey!) Adam then told Dave that he is a Doctor doing a social experiment involving reaction and judgement of others...Interesting.
Next week is our 2 year Anniversary! (November 1st) WAHOOOO! I love being married, I really do. I enjoy having a partner, someone to come home to...to grow old with. Not just any someone though, I want Dave! We are going to the Ritz at Lake Oconee for the night. It should be a nice time. Sawyer will be staying with my parents. ;)

Speaking of Sawyer... He is CRAWLING. Yeah! See video below.
